Thought for the Day--January 25, 2011: Use Your Extra Points

Eat some extra food today, but make sure it's something you really love.

Today's not a holiday, just an ordinary old Tuesday, so it's a good practice day, without relatives, friends, and enablers around to pressure you.

Might as well begin living in the real world.

Also, losing weight slowly will give you the best chance of maintaining your weight loss.

These day-to-day thoughts may seem contradictory, but isn't life like that?
