Thought for the Day--January 23, 2011: Attitude and Moderation

Attitude is everything. If you keep moderation and enjoyment in focus, then you will succeed. That means that you should not feel obligated to use all of your extra PointsPlus. If you don't use 'em, you'll lose 'em--pounds, that is. Look at activity points as an opportunity to shape up, not as an excuse to binge. On the other hand, if you need your extra points, then, by all means, use them. It's all about choices and equilibrium.
