Thought for the Day--February 3, 2011: Thinking Like a Thin Person

Think like a thin person; then act like a thin person.

This does not mean you should hate your chubby self; it just means that you should approach food like thin people do: eat what you need, enjoy good food, and eat only until you are physically satisfied.

Let go of your food issues.

If you need help with any issue, seek it from a trusted friend or professional.

Love yourself, no matter what the scale says.

Exult yourself and your accomplishments.
