Thought for the Day--February 9, 2011: Positive Distractions

At this time of the year, it would be so easy to slide off the track.

Avoid overeating by distracting yourself with something else, such as an activity: knitting, reading, playing with your kids or grand kids, playing board games, etc.

Enjoy luscious goodies, but turn off the food spigot--when it's time to stop eating.
