Random Thoughts: Bizarre Naming of a Celebrity Baby

According to a celebrity blurb in today's paper, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have named one of their twin babies "Moroccan."

Reason why:
After the Moroccan-inspired decor of Carey's New York apartment.
Seriously?

You mean to tell me that that child is going to be saddled with such a name all his life because of decor?

This is why I despise celebrity culture so much.

These people are clueless and live in a rarefied bubble of superficiality and think little about the future ramifications for their lovely baby and more about their instant gratification.

At least they gave him a sensible middle name: Scott.

How much do you want to bet that this kid loses his first name fast?
